Tyler Geis is an Orlando, Florida based writer, filmmaker and podcaster who originally hails from western Massachusetts. His kinship to the horror genre dates back to the days of being a kid and daring himself to go down the horror aisle of his local video store and look at the cover art. Too young to rent movies like that, he would often imagine what they were about. Since those days, Tyler has gone on to become a fan of anything from slashers to International horror from places like Japan and Italy. He writes for multiple websites and produces a weekly podcast called, Tyler Geis' Basement. As well as a Youtube live show that blends the joy of horror with tasting outrageous hot sauce called Hot Genre Topics.
