Shaun was bitten by the horror bug with the help from his mom and dad with Godzilla, Gamera, Ultraman and Universal Monsters. As time would go on, Joe Bob Briggs, Elvira and the MST3K crew would help continue his horror education and his interest in horror hosts. In his teen years, he started going to horror cons and connecting to the horror community. During this time, he would run a horror host blog and also review horror movies. His love for 80s and 90s slashers grew during this time. He has recently gotten back into writing, working towards the ultimate goal of being published in magazines or a book.
